The Fine Print

Membership Terms

Term & Renewal

Membership runs 12 months from signup and renews automatically each year unless you give written notice at least 30 days before renewal.

What's Included Each Year

One Annual Deep Cleaning and one Semi-Annual Light Cleaning per covered unit. Unused services expire at the end of the membership year, don't roll over, and have no cash value.

Scheduling

Standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekend or evening service is available for an additional $20 per unit.

Cancellation

Written notice is required at least 30 days before cancellation. No refunds are issued for partially completed membership terms.
